OUR EXCLUSIVE MVE PART UPGRADES

 Spreading augers have been upgraded with chromium carbide, eliminating the tendency to break with cast flights.

MVE uses the best bearings made for all of the augers.

 MVE developed numerous upgrades for the delivery augers. The 1st update was to increase the flight pitch 10", 11" and 12". We have also reinforced the MVE augers with chromium carbide trapezoid wear plates on the back side of the flights, hard surfaced on the edges, additional support braces on the end, and full length of shaft liners. 

MVE auger support arms were also redesigned for additional strength and support, increasing it's wear.  

Auger trough liners have been upgraded to chromium carbide, and the auger covers have additional side plates welded on to their sides to prevent premature wear. 

Our heated end gates help seal the joint in a more time efficient and economical way.

MVE developed the "Cold Weather Valve Kit"- MVE developed this valve assy for cooler weather starting. 

Our swing out fuel tank is built for convenience and easy access.
